Summary
Everyone has a routine. But what if someone was watching your every move? Exploring the universal theme of fear, I See You, is a tense, electrifying thriller that will keep you looking over your shoulder. This audiobook will have you enthralled for hours and is a must-listen for fans of the crime genre.
When Zoe Walker sees her photo in the classifieds section of a London newspaper, she is determined to find out why it's there. There's no explanation, no website - just a grainy image and a phone number. She takes it home to her family, who are convinced it's just someone who looks like Zoe. But the next day, the advert shows a photo of a different woman, and another the day after that. Is it a mistake? A coincidence? Or is someone keeping track of every move they make?
I See You is an edge-of-your-seat psychological thriller from one of the most exciting and successful British debut talents of 2015.

Gripping from start to finish
Even better than the debut novel! Can't say what I'd like to as it would involve spoilers but gripping storyline and I'm really glad I'm not travelling on the underground today!
Also by far the best audio narrator I have come across. I'm definitely going to look at which other books she's narrated.

Disapponted.
Very slow going but persisted. Took a long time to get to anything interesting. The narrator's voice irritated me and sometimes I couldn't tell who was talking.

one small change to the plot
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I enjoyed the story and the narration was excellent. I was rather gripped by the whole thing. Until the antagonist was revealed (the 1st reveal, not the 2nd). I just found it so unbelievable that it spoiled the ending a bit. It could have been so much better (don't want to add spoilers)
What does Rachel Atkins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
saved me the bother of reading it myself (I often knit or crochet while listening) so I manage to do two things at once. Rachel has a wonderful, rich, expressive voice.

best audible book i have listened to so far
Would you consider the audio edition of I See You to be better than the print version?
I have only listened to the audible edition
Which character – as performed by Rachel Atkins – was your favourite?
I thought her narration of all the characters was excellent, she brought them all to life.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
yes, couldn't wait to listen to the next bit of the story, I would have listened to it all in one go if I'd had the time!
Any additional comments?
Just a great listen, I guessed early on Whodunnit!

Worth a listen if you like twists
Really enjoyed all the characters. Narration superb. Gave four stars for story as at times it did tend to drag on a bit descriptively. Worth ploughing on though. Recommended
