How she keeps going no matter what life throws at her

Fabulous & enlightening
Helens story, much like other autobiographies is enlightening in a way that a lot of things that she’s kept private have been covered in a sensitive way. I remember being in awe if her big sports relief things & I am even more so now. Thankyou Helen for trying to normalize not being perfect and that everyone has hard days :)

Down to Earth
A really inspiring look into the world of a woman who just gets on with it!! Living life to the fullest in-spite of and despite everything that she encounters. A fantastic role model in my opinion. Good for you Helen. A great attitude and vulnerability in equal measure. Loved this book. (Audiobook) highly recommended.
