This Book in my eyes is a 5 Star, but due to its repetition in several places, I have given it a 4 star.
All in all this book is a fundamental and informative piece of technology for those who are thirsty for spiritual knowledge and awareness.

The most illuminating book in a very long time!!
Clear, sharp, captivating and illuminating. I have gone through many spiritual titles but this is one of the most powerful books I've ever read. I cannot recommend it more.

An essential read for 21st century
After I finished the first part, I felt this is long. But the nature of the topic is very broad and it cannot be put into just a book. Sad guru gave a wide array of solutions for the current issues of human beings. Looking forward to apply some of those techniques to my daily life.

Outstanding
This book by Sadhguru and guidance for inner wellbeing has been life changing. I listened to it two times to really grasp every detail abd is a big part of my daily blessings and wisdom.
A fantastic and outstanding book for anyone looking for inner peace.
