This book can focus on our thoughts

This audiobook is a solid, concise audiobook on how to lose weight and keep it off. It is a lifestyle, not a diet. A fabulous audiobook is full of well-researched information that is fresh and relevant.

The audio book is also amazing

Following the intermittent plan has transformed my health and has made my life better. The audiobook is also amazing as I could not put it down. This audiobook is good for those looking to start an intermittent diet, or are just curious to know more about it. I am enjoying the increase in vitality and vegetables to my diet and slowly getting rid of the excess of the unhealthy foods I highly recommend it.

Exactly what I have looking on this subject

I feel like I've gained the experience of years of trial and error combined with a distillation of the best science on intermittent fasting. I like that he includes step-by-step instructions for how to set things up.

Bust diet audio book

A very well audiobook with easy to follow tips on how to start eating. Plus, it really works. Highly recommend! It is very do-able and is an awesome eating plan. I have tried many many diets and failed. The intermittent Diet is my new lifestyle.

I listen to this audio book very carefully

I listen to this audiobook very carefully, since I was VERY skeptical. I had been adhering to the "Eat small meals" hype so that I could keep my metabolism in fat-burning mode. I see now that that's as big a crock as the whole low fat diet scam of the 90s where I ate disgusting Snackwells cookies and other low fat/high sugar processed junk thinking I was doing myself a favor.

100% Recommend

Since listening the book I notice that when I do eat I eat smaller portions and have stopped snacking. During the fasting stage I feel more energized, motivated and my mind feels clear and quiet. I check the book regularly, 1 for inspiration and 2 to check side effects/symptoms to see if they are normal or not. I've personally done 5-7 day fasts based on approach, and did so safely. All-in-all I would recommend this book to everyone who is ready to take back control of their health, especially if they suffer from illness or disease.this book very helpful

I feel fantastic!

I feel fantastic! What makes me the happiest is the fact that I found a solution that I can see myself following for the rest of my life. Following the intermittent diet, lifestyle has had a profound impact on every aspect of my life. I recommend it to everyone and I profusely thank the author.

The best book I have seen!

Wow! Awesome book! The variety of recipes is outstanding. Cruising through the cookbook makes me hungry. Many of the recipes are gluten free (I'm cutting carbs to loose weight) which helps the way I'm living now. For example, no bread crumbs in the Marinara Beef Meatballs.

Useful audio book

This audiobook is very interesting and easy to listen to. My primary care doctor recommended it to me when I had shared with him that I was struggling with my weight. I listen to the audiobook and started following the plan right away. It was tough at first but I stuck with it and it got easier. Now I am very happy.

I love the science. Enjoy the audiobook easy to understand. So much insight and good encourager's ideas to not get discouraged. I like that he includes step-by-step instructions for how to set things up.
