Short and sweet book

Beautiful
Much needed re connection with the soul in around 80mins total listening. Makes really good points for continual development and practice with being in touch with the self. Highly recommend, plus included with audible.

profoundly easy and valuable to listen to
I so needed to hear this. I know what I have to do , I've listened to and read many self help books, this book puts it simply and easily., makes the work feel achievable. I found it profound and real. I'm on my 3rd listen. thank you Yung for sharing your journey and making it feel possible to turn inwards and heal.
