Life Changing
This book has changed my life. Struggling to release myself from a malignant narcissist estranged husband this book came at exactly the right time. It has enabled me to finally realise after many many years of abuse that it's not me. It is such a relief to have this book validate what I already knew. More importantly it provides help, advise and strategies on how to cope with a narcissist. This will always remain an important and necessary book in my life as being an empath I'm easily manipulated by narcissists and now have the tools to cope with the narcissistic personalities surrounding me. Recommended reading for everyone!
One of the only books tackling narcissism from the victims point of view. Very well written and easy to follow, full of practical and helpful advice.

Absolutely fantastic insight
This is amazingly well written and read. It's so clear and obviously written by a complete expert in the field. It's quality from a professional. The best insight into the subject, I'm so glad I read it. Makes other people spouting about narcissistic abuse etc look like amateurs!

A beautifully written fully accessible book about narcissism, its impact, and healing.
I think I’ve summed it up in the title..
Ive just binged listened… will revisit as there were so many relevant thought provoking parts and I am some way already through my healing journey and navigating a new life.

Full of compassion

there was so much in this book I will listen a thousand more times before I take it all in. I loved it. I felt validated. I felt like someone else knew. like I wasn't unheard even tho I never spoke. so much of this book resonated with me. prob the most real thing I've read. tha kyou dr ramani !
