This Book, a quick guide for quality relationships, solving any tough situation and find warm smiles where ever you are, has saved my relationship and showed me how important it is to listen, feel and love the people around me! For that I am forever greatful!

A must listen for managers!
I’ve listened to this book twice in 2 months. Not because I didn’t understand it, but because there’s so much gold in here you need at least two reads to begin to implement the teachings properly. It has changed my life, at work and at home.

Life changing
I listen to, and read, a lot of non fiction, much of which tends to be in the areas of business, sales, and psychology.
So... When I I say that Mark Goulston has written the most indispensable book I have ever read, I do not say so lightly.
This is the book I wish I had read at the start of my career. And again at several points during my career. It is also a book I am very grateful to have finally read now, and I have recommended it to dozens of people.
Essential listening / reading.

Powerful communication insights
I always believed that words can change the world. MG confirmed this by offering some powerful communication insights which I have been using and can confirm they work.
Also the voice was incredibly smooth and helped many times to calm my overthinking brain.

A way to live
This book is remarkable! It's filled with numerous communication techniques and presents a unique approach to life. I'll definitely need to revisit it multiple times to fully absorb its content.
