This is an ok introduction to kanban but so little reference to software development.

I didn’t find this particularly useful in understanding in using Kanban with software development. Loads of background on Kaizen and Kanban’s origin but very little content on how you’d bring this or apply it in software development.

terrible English, bad translation?

Unlistenable word soup. I assume someone fed a book into Google translate? Avoid. total waste of a credit.
