poorly narrated

The very strong regional American accent of the narrator made parts of this impenetrable. This affected not only the pronunciation but also the delivery with pauses disrupting the flow.
Aside from the narration, the content itself is unhelpful. It mostly consists of a collection of buzzwords that have been bolted together into something that resembles a sentence but without the information.
