Summary

On moving to a new village, football-mad Kolo joins the Mighty Mangoes football team, a group of very different boys, but all united by their love of football. With the cup tournament all to play for, Kolo must navigate through many highs and lows as the Mighty Mangoes seek to lift the trophy for the first time. Friendships are tested, behaviour is challenged, and lessons are learnt, as Kolo and the Mighty Mangoes face challenges both on and off the pitch.

This book is brilliant! Ideal as a teaching resource but the writing and narration make it enjoyable for any age/situation. Highly recommended.
