more war history than futuristic
only listened to all of it cause i had paid.
obsessed with pointless war detail n referring every other paragraph to some war or other.
missed the mark re. futuristic novel.
i fast forwarded a lot of it.
unless you enjoy a LOT of war n weapon info, I'd advise you steer clear.

The new world with a feel good factor
Worth listening to narration can be a little difficult but nothing to really complain about, remember this is a long book but bear with it and you'll enjoy it, I'm sure, I no I did

EMP War story
I enjoyed the series, it was engaging an full of action. I only have one criticism, the endless descriptions of the same weapons, I found this tedious at times. Over all though, I would recommend it.

A tale of survival when the power goes out.
A great story, describing what happens after the power goes out in the usa that flows into the bigger story.

Ok...kept me listening to the end
Story line not bad , details and internal plots kept me interested. Occasionally very “corny” moments or cliché responses / “references” were a bit of a let down ... for the subject matter it came over as very PG/13 ... where as a 15 / 18 “certificate “ style may have been better ... but to each their own ... would say probably a great book for 15 year olds ...but all in all I was happy with it (reduced price of £2.99)

Excellent Prepper story
Involved and developing story, well thought out and full of detail. Highly Recommended, and full of challenges faced by a family trying to survive, the troubles that continue to escalate throughout the story, heading towards a battle with invaders, both foreign and domestic.

One story, four fantastic books
I started listening to audio books a little over two years ago, since when I have listened to hundreds of hours of good stories, from classics to sci-fi, history & fiction and I have to tell you that the story told within these four audiobooks, counts as one of the very best.
Although fiction, like any great story it is based on the possible, the author clearly knows the military, weapons and tactics as well as human nature and the joy of family and friends, the books are read by a superb story teller.
As story of epic proportions surrounding events on a world changing set of events, challenging civilisation as we know it and making every chapter about survival.
Don’t just take my word for it, listen to the four book set and judge for yourself!

Author must be a trump fan
Not a bad story and good value at a credit for the box set. bit too much of the make america great again bullshit for my likeing but that said I listened to the lot and its a decent story with likeable characters
