Absolutely brilliant and I can’t recommend this enough
For anybody who is struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or any other mental health issues I can’t recommend this book enough.
The book is set out in separate chapters of approximately 30 minutes covering anxiety and stress, trauma, all about breathing and so much more. It is focused on how we breath and how our breath can support us through so many challenges that we all face and struggle with through our lives. It is particularly useful after the past 18 months.
Rebecca not only talks about breathing, she also includes brilliant exercises which support what she talks about in each chapter. I particularly love these as they are quite short and so good to turn to if you are having a bad time and struggling. If you are a fan of mindfulness and meditation then this book will really work for you.
The other thing I love about this book is the tone of Rebecca’s voice. She is kind and gentle and when you are feeling like you need support and help she really provides this to you in her book.
I loved this book so much I am trying to attend one of her sessions soon in London.
I really can’t recommend this book enough!
