Prepare for self analysis
Jamie’s story is truly about his strength of spirit overcoming life changing adversity. His story is real and inspiring. I have read many biographies and autobiographies of humans escaping a situation or overcoming some horrific treatment by others. This is by far one of the greatest accounts of a life story that will stay with you. Throughout listening to ‘Life on a thread’, I found myself diving deep into my own character and spirit asking myself questions of ‘how would I have responded?’ or ‘would I have coped?’. Jamie’s honest and gut wrenching account is nothing short of miraculous and influential. There’s no doubt that in my future life challenges or difficult hurdles to jump, Jamie Hull will be with me, and I will be asking... ‘What would Jamie do?’. I will listen to this again and again! Breathtaking stuff - brought tears to my eyes in places. Thank you Jamie for sharing your story and for your inspiration. Your narration and storytelling was superb and added true meaning and adrenaline to the listening experience. Incredible.

Immensely moving!
What an inspirational story. Despite years of unimaginable pain and suffering the fight back, the humour, the deference and humility of this superhuman moved me to tears several times. It also made me say WTF even more times!! It’s one of those books that stays with you and one of those you’ll tell everyone you know to read!

What a journey!
Jamie takes you on the journey as if you was with him though it all, unbelievable book. This book showcases what a single human can go through yet come out fighter and thrive! Amazing!
