amazing audio!

Ok so I'll firstly admit that this was the feost Mariana story that I read back years ago and I will say it's never been my favourite... but after re reading a few times over the years I really started to enjoy it and now listening to it I can say I've fallen hopelessly In love with Tristan and Kat all over again!
I smiled laughed and snorted all through listening.

Very entertaining

4,5 🌟 - p@rn star and a school teacher meet, have an undeniable connection, become friends and, eventually (much much later) lovers. There FMC is goofy, endearing and really funny. Their banter and friendship w was great, and I loved her entire friend circle, each character is better than the next. The darting dog was a nice touch, but, considering one of the cover has The dog on it, I was disappointed with its part in the story.
The slow burn was, as always, painful. We wait there entire book for it and stature last 15% we get a ton a it.
The romance itself was weird and we don't get that overwhelming yearning and tending that most slow burn have.
The audio book is free on audible plus catalogue, and the narrator was amazingly good.

Really good!

I really liked the narrator’s voice and the way she gave life to all these characters.
The storyline was very good also and I am absolutely amazed (once again) by Mariana Zapata’s ability to write a compelling, creative and contemporary romance!

Couldn't connect with the story and characters. I tried giving it a chance, but ended up skipping chunks. However, the narrator gives a great preformence.

A fun listen

This Audiobook was Amazing !!
I Loved the story and loved the narration by Callie Dalton,she does a superb job at telling this story.
Her ability to change her voice from female to male voice is brilliant.Callie made this Audiobook so enjoyable and funny.
Mariana Zapata is becoming one of my favourite authors for slow burn romance,usually when you read or listen to a slow burn story,you can become frustrated or bored with waiting for them to get together and get it on.But with Mariana's stories you never feel that way because you are just so transfixed with the characters and their shenanigans
This is a friends to lovers book..and I absolutely loved Kat and Tristan their easy friendship was one I envied.Meeting at a Porn convention,they just got along so well and have such a fun time together,making eachother laugh.....then Kat finds out Tristan is also Robby a famous Porn Star.
But Kat had gotten to know Tristan on that day and they both didn't want to end this connection that they made...So Kat accepted Tristans profession even though she was incredibly attracted to him she knew she would never be able to pursue anything with him while he was having sex with other people...even if it was in a professional capacity.
Tristan was always honest with Kat about himself and told her it would always be friends between them,because of his job.
The sexual tension between these two is exciting and explosive...I loved it, loved listening to them slowly falling in love with one another...Tristan's jealously and Kat's ignorance to it all..
I think Kat never felt good enough for Tristan because he is drop dead gorgeous and she was a bit in awe of him...But she was everything to Tristan she excepted him when no-one else ever had.
This book is so funny with witty dialogue and a storyline that is so interesting and enthralling.its a sweet romance and pretty steamy towards the end too.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book listening to it was a delight and its such a feel good story.
Loved it.

A true RomCom with a twist

I was a bit apprehensive about one of the characters being a porn star but I figured if anyone could pull it off it would be MZ and she did!
I seriously enjoyed this. I laughed along with the characters and spent most of the book with a grin on my face.
I loved Kat’s friendship group, they were a mix of different characters but all loved each other hard and were really supportive of one another.
Tristan was a bit of a golden retriever type and I really liked him. He and Kat had a really strong friendship before they started falling for each other and I loved what happened when they did.
Overall, a fun read which provided some lighthearted entertainment!

My names kat Berger & I love porn.

Love can blossom from the most unexpected places....

A Porn con for example, kat went along with her friend to a porn convention and while she waited for her friend who was in line to get an autograph kat got chatting with someone else who also claimed was waiting for his friend.
Kat and Tristan hit it off right away they laughed, chatted shared lunch all was going great until later she found Tristan at his own booth giving autographs and a sign that said Robbie Lingus.

Kat, I loved her she's easy going, funny, honest, witty and has the most quirky friends.

Tristan is aspiring to be a lawyer but on the side is a porn star, he's charming, attractive, surprisingly shy at times, a perfect BBF, I loved him.

Both Tristan aka Robbie Lingus and Kat become great friends but with his job being what it is Kat pushes her feelings of jealousy and attraction way back and concentrates on being his friend in his limited friend circle.

A slow burn progression from friends to a lovers story.

I loved Lingus there are so many laugh out loud moments, its a brilliant rom com, witty, charming with great characters and oh so hot.

Recommended Rom Com Loved it!

I listened this on audio it was brilliantly narrated and with so many witty comments and one liners I'm sure this would be one of those books that when you re-read or listen you would laugh all over again and pick up on things you may have missed the first time
