Amazing

This book is exactly what i was looking for. I do believe in power of positive self talk, gratitude etc but could not work out how to use it to change my eating habbits...it seemed to hard...with this book I'm on the way to where i want to be .

Bravo!

Wow! I was greatly influenced by this wonderful audio book, to say the least. Year after year I try different methods to attempt to get into better shape, but each one seems to have less pros and more cons. I finally found the answer with this advice. The natural way of losing weight is the best way! The length of the audiobook makes it a perfect listen. Julia wrote a fantastic book, and Chaleeya did a good job narrating.

Great Advice!

I have found dieting very hard to commit to over the years, I can't help myself when it comes to snacking. After listening to this book I have followed the advice given and changed the way I eat and I don't even think about snacking anymore... I am well on my way to a lean body!

A thorough guide well worth listening to

I grew up in a family where ultimate control was valued. In my life, I have had to control myself obsessively to maintain a slim figure. This has taken a toll on my mental health. During covid, I lost control and my life spun out, I put on weight, but it sent me in a new direction. I am now involved in mindfulness and this book is an excellent extension of that practice. I no longer control myself, my feelings, behaviour or that of others. I now work on regulating my emotions. I have always believed that being overweight is a sign of mental health challenges and this book explains and expands on that. I highly recommend stopping and completing every activity because by answering every question you will find greater awareness and freedom. Food is not our challenge, our relationship with food and ourselves is! This book has helped me to tweak what I am doing in my life, commit to change and enjoy everything I eat. I highly recommend this book and Julia Brianni as a wellness and lifestyle coach.

Great book for those looking for long-term motivation

Julia has written an excellent book here that will help many people in their quest for weight loss, but more importantly, maintaining weight loss.

My favourite chapter was ‘what to do if you’re a sofa lover’. This resonated with me as I prefer to do casual exercise, have a more surgical approach rather than have to do 100mph HIIT. This chapter really detailed how we can exercise smartly, and are able to reap full maximum benefits of cardio and nutrition.

A great read, I will recommend to my parents!

A great Weight Loss Mentor

I loves the approach in this book! Losing weight starts in your head and that is so true !
This audiobook is packed with great valuable knowledge and easy to understand. The nutrition facts are clear and does not feel like a regular 'Military style' diet book.
The methods mention in the audiobook is easy to follow and motivate you to adopt a realistic healthier lifestyle.
Would totally recommend anyone who want to lose weight to listen to this great audiobook!

A natural more intuitive way to a new me

I’ve often felt I should be able to take control of my own diet but didn’t know where to start. This is just what I need to as I am sick of traditional crazy dieting. I’m looking for perspective and have found it in this book. It really works when you take control of yourself and your eating habits. A voice of calm understanding and reason, not fads, pills, or other crazy stuff. I know myself better now and eat intuitively and I’m starting to see the differences already, thank you so much!

Very usefull for long term weight loss!

I like that unlike a lot of other weight loss books this book focuses on realistic methods that a normal person can actually apply to their day to day lives. All the tips are also well explained and backed up by research.

Definatly reccomend for anyone looking to loose weight for the long term, the healty way!
