Not just for Women.

Even though this book is based towards women, It helped me immensely. She takes things very slowly and has got lots of suggestions. Most of all I appreciate her attitude towards weight and losing it. For a healthier happier life.

The way to go!

Finally I feel as if I have found the right advice. Katrina teaches you to nourish your body, move in ways that feel good, be mindful and address underlying emotional issues. This is the recipe for lasting physical and mental health!
