Anyone can benefit from this book!

'Meditate' breaks down meditation in an authentic and digestible way.

Being someone who's been intrigued by meditation, Talwinder's experience and knowledge guided me through many of the questions I had.

He's transformed my concept of meditation from being a practise to being a lifestyle that has served me in countless ways.

The practicality of the book, brought through various exercises, showed me how simple meditation is. It also helped me to relate to what I was being taught.

A perfect book for those who want to delve deeper into meditation, explore themselves and, most importantly, bring more peace into their life.

Awesome Book!

I have struggled how to meditate for a while.
I’ve read other meditation books and to be honest I got fed up of reading them as they were hard to follow and understand.
A friend recommended this book, I’m so glad she did!
Reading the first few chapters and was hooked!
Talwinder has written about his own life experiences which I myself can relate to.
I can now sit for longer and control my breathing!
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
A step by step guide from start to finish.
