Everyone can benefit from mind-mapping

This book is filled with really helpful information about ADHD and ways to deal with it. I believe the strategies and techniques it offers are incredibly effective. A life-changer for men with ADHD!

This book is like nothing we've ever found before! It's definitely going to change my husband's life! He also asked me to listen to it, saying that he already feels less frustrated and more optimistic about the future. I've done lots of reading about ADHD in the past to try and support him, but I haven't seen anything that talks so clearly about gender differences. I've also never found anything that arms the reader with such a fantastic tool that can instantly be used to break free from some of the behaviours that trap people. I had briefly heard of mind mapping as a business or management tool, but the way this book applies it to ADHD is simply brilliant! The explanation of creating simple mind maps is very clear. It's excellent that you can make one with pen and paper, but I also like that it tells you about different technological options.

The book's style is really appealing. It almost feels like Jimmy Taylor is a friend in how it is written. I could really identify and understand my husband's behaviour better from the explanations at the beginning of the book, and the audio itself is easy to listen to. I have nothing negative to say about this book, and I just want to thank you for writing it! I highly recommend it to any other guys out there with ADHD or people who want to support and understand them.

a new angle

I've read a few books about ADHD. Once you're on the topic, you just can't get off and you'll just keep craving for more information, guidance and things for ADHD. Mindmapping is something new. I've read mindmapping for other things like memorizing things, I think that was a good use I forgot where I saw it. But mindmapping for ADHD is new, at least to me. This book was quite well organized, it's informative in a clear structure easy to follow. Listening to it was smooth. THe narration is pleasant to listen to as well. I mean even if you don't have ADHD issues, or you don't know about ADHD, this is still a good book to read on keeping foucs and productivity.
