my favorite go to for mindfulness

I consider the book as very valuable to develop a habit of meditation and mindfulness. The book gives my practice more context and greatly enriches the experience.

Great book tons to learn

I am so happy with this book,

The book provides much more context, detail, explanation, and many many stories. It has opened my eyes to the potential of mindfulness in my life in ways. I loved it.
