The "Mindful Phone Use" strategy was a game-changer. Author Zafubliss wasn't anti-technology; he offered a balanced approach. Putting my phone on silent mode and setting designated "check-in" times allowed me to focus on reading or writing without the constant ping-pong of notifications. The Narrator is a plus on this as it got narrated on a great and understandable manner,

An amazing resource to practice mindfulness.

I am looking for something that will let me reflect on life and reading books and listening to audiobooks really heal my mind.
