Amazing guide.
This book is an excellent resource for discovering your inner sparkle. it refers to one of the major internal conflicts that stop us from moving progress.
Developing self-awareness to overcome negative emotions, establishing a daily typical framework for unchanged discipline, building resilience to face hardship, and dealing with issues with a growth mindset are some of the key ideas addressed in this book.
I also want to appreciate the narrator for selecting such amazing content. I highly recommend this book.
