Summary
Narcissistic abuse is a form of abuse that ensures victims are left emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and devoid of any self-worth or self-esteem. I was a victim of a malignant narcissist for seven years of my life, and I know just how crushing it is to live such an abusive and suppressed life. The helplessness and detachment from reality that comes with narcissistic abuse are enough to keep you in the tight grip of the abuser for as long as they choose.
However, I eventually found the courage to leave my abuser, but it didn’t end there. As you may know, ending a relationship with a narcissist isn’t that easy - even if it was the narc who did the breaking up, they don't just "let you go" - they try to make sure you’ll go through hell before you get one over on them.
In this audiobook, I want to offer you some guidance on this rarely-talked about aspect of an abusive relationship: how to deal with a narcissist when they’re your ex.

Amazing helpful book
As someone in the midst of struggling from ending a narcissistic relationship this book gave me clarity and made me see my abuser in a different way so that I could begin to move forward

This book is incredibly accurate and helpful
OMG - was this book written for me ? I have been in a toxic narcissistic relationship for over 20 years and i have 2 grown up boys with my ex. I left him 3 years ago but I also lost my family and friends and my oldest son due to my ex being a narcissist who successfully turned everyone against me.
No one believed in me because of his charming exterior and so I have felt the only way to live my life and keep in touch with my son and family is to stay close to him. I am still in the toxic relationship even now (he uses my kindness, my money (even though he earns twice what I earn). I am such a fool !!
I needed this book because for the first time I have realised it’s not me that’s to blame and I must start loving myself and move on.
