You won’t be disappointed
I absolutely love this! It explains lots of ways on how to live an happy and simple life and it makes me feel good about myself. It’s definitely a pick me up and funny at times. The perfect present for the people you care about. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed :)

Five stars!
When I first heard about this new trendy audiobook, I was skeptical about the significance compared to hygge. This was unique in that it provides recommendations for all aspects of life (social, health, economical, etc). I also appreciate that this got right into practical tips that can be implemented right away. It was a great simple audiobook that I will look forward to referencing in the future!

Full of lessons
Fantastic and insightful audiobook with loads of great research. It is easy to get stuck in your routine and forget the great things you have in your life and the great people you share it with. I am happier because I have listened to this and will definitely be putting some of the lessons into practice and sharing them with others. Everyone should listen to this audiobook, it will make the world a better place.
