Here is what this anger management guide for teens can offer you:

I would like to have this book when I was a teen. But now it is helpful to know how to deal with my niece and nephews' anger and help them to resolve any situation!

Exceptional

This book was brilliant, I really enjoyed it. The narrator in particular was exceptionally well chosen, her voice was friendly, chirpy and felt like a close friend or relative giving me a chat. The book itself is exceptional. Well thought out and structured, this book gives everyone, not just teenagers valuable tools and processes to analyse their own thoughts and motivations and breaks down why we behave and experience the emotions we do and how to improve them to get the results and kind of life we desire. The anecdotes used and ideas referenced come from a wide range of interest bases from weight loss to renowned boxing matches to the taboo of mental health issues in East Asian countries so this book will be relatable to people of every age, race and creed. The book details the essential relationship between thoughts, feelings, behaviours and their results with useful exercises you can use to get to the bottom of things. If you want to change your life for the better, I'd say this book would be a fantastic building block to lay the foundation for that change! Highly recommended.

It's Ok Not To Be Ok

I got this audiobook, as a close friend has three teenagers currently feeling the pressures of growing up. Actually, after listening to the audiobook, the many gems of practical advice, support and guidance could be used by teenagers and adults alike. I also found the mindfulness techniques useful, as I often find myself worrying about work deadlines. Now I have learnt simple ways to come back into the present moment, which is important whatever our emotional state inside is. The audiobook also has really useful to have practical exercises to complete. The narration was easy to listen to and the topics were clearly structured.

Anger Issues No Longer!

This audiobook was awesome! I could tell Iasha and Stacy put a lot of hard work into writing this audiobook, the intricacies and beautiful word choices were all so awesome! Joanne did a great job voicing this as well and put on a great performance.

The main reason I purchased this audiobook was for my brother. My Brother has a very hard time trying to put what he wants into words, which usually gets him upset. This audiobook helped him manage his emotions, and I can tell that he's actually become a better person overall. If you are on the edge of purchasing this audiobook, just go for it!

So helpful!

As I don’t have teens just yet, I referred this book to my friend who does. She had the following to say “like any other, my teen experiences moments of anger and outbursts. Even though it’s normal, it can be tough to manage. This audiobook gives really practical tips and advice on how to handle it and improve it. We’ve certainly seen a difference. So grateful this book was recommended to us!”

Best anger book I've ever heard!

This is seriously one of THE BEST, most practical, and life-saving guides I've ever come across! I've been dealing with PTSD and anger for over 4 decades and in active therapy and transformation for over 20 years and this is hands down one of the most straightforward, well-written books I've ever had the honor of owning. For either the angry teen in an adult body, dealing and helping a teen, or just dealing with other angry humans on the planet, everyone needs to get this book and really listen to it! Thank you eternally Iasha King for pouring your obvious expertise and wisdom into this super powerful book.

A great Help book

I learned some interesting stuff which I’m hoping will help with my teenage daughter. The hard part will be getting her to read it as well. This book answers all the questions I needed answering.

I really needed this!

This book could not have come at a better time. I know it says for teens and it absolutely is! But it has actually helped me drastically over these past few days and I highly recommend it for anyone who snaps quickly, gets angry whether you lash out on others or keep it to yourself which is only hurting you more. This will really help walk you through the steps to leading a more calm, happy and appreciative life! For you and those around you. (very important)
