About this listen

Paksenarrion, a simple sheepfarmer's daughter, yearns for a life of adventure and glory, such as was known to heroes in songs and story. At age seventeen she runs away from home to join a mercenary company and begins her epic life.

Book Three: Paks the warrior must learn to live with Paks the human. She undertakes a holy quest for a lost elven prince that brings the gods' wrath down on her and tests her very limits.

The best of a great trilogy

The sheep farmers daughter is a truly great trilogy in some ways surpassing Tolkien. Unlike Lord of the Rings the last book in this trilogy comes to a worthy climax

Great story

Loved all 3 books. It’s basically a war story not for the faint hearted, gods and Elfin folk, good guys and bad guys. Highly recommended. Thank you

exquisite, both the story and the story teller. I

I have enjoyed fully the plot, the strong characters and ever lasting hope that GOOD shall prevail. Sometimes a fairytale is an inspiration for the real life. Such is the case with the Paxennarion trilogy of deeds. Hail!

The end of one of the best Fantasy series!

The sad conclusion of the deed ofPaksenarrion.

Not a sad ending but the sadness of not being able to keep following the characters.

The growth and story arc of several characters is woven together here and Moon doesn't shy away from portraiting true evil and dispair in a way that is unusual for most fantasy, especially at the time of the writing.
