A New Outlook on ADHD and Your Child

My son was diagnosed with ADHD when he was younger, and we searched for all content like this that we could find to educate ourselves better and better equip ourselves for what was ahead. This book is really fantastic for many reasons, but first foremost, it really focuses on thriving through the disorder. It is very important as parent to shift your mindset which will in turn help to manage your stress. There is a lot of great self-care for parents in this book which is extremely important for you and your spouse. Great audiobook that will help you and your family tremendously.
