a must read for all women, not just perimenopausal
As a Functional Medicine Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist specialising in hormonal health, I can safely say that I agree with everything Maisie has written in this book. she educates women with easy to understand explanations, anecdotes and her own experiences. she also provides invaluable advice too. I highly recommend this book to all women, but especially women who are 40+.

Learned a lot
I feel like I learned a lot. A friend who is a sexual health doctor told me there are a few inaccuracies, but I feel what I’ve learned about the impact of the different hormones in my body is really beneficial to my understanding of myself.

Essential listen for anyone inquisitive to know more about peri menopause
Really fascinating book - highly recommend. There is a huge amount of detail to absorb. I have it both in hardback and as an audiobook. I loved listening to the book as allowed me to access to more medical content, but understand the holistic picture of options to move through this. I love the tone and style of Masie’s writing. I found this book inspiring and comforting and can’t recommend it highly enough

Everyone in the 30’s needs to read this book
I was going to put off looking at menopause stuff but actually am so glad I informed myself now so I am able to recognise when this is starting and do something about all the symptoms that come with it. There is no need to suffer, read/ listen to this book
