No frills honest truths about how people work

a bit of a hard pill to swallow but one that is worth getting your head around. fundamentally a lot of what we do as people is driven by a desire for power. this book breaks it down and outlines how you can think about power dynamics in a more systematic way.

Waaay too much story telling

It was 90% storytelling without driving home the point, very frustrating listen. At the end of each chapter I was struggling to find the lesson.
