The hypnosis was powerful and incredibly relaxing.
I could listen to this every day… in fact, i think i will. Get this audiobook,buy the hard copy of the book and just immerse yourself in it . I can feel the success of unlocking my amazing mind already .

Resonated deeply,
I recently finished listening to Paul McKenna's new Audible book, "Power Manifesting," and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The insights and techniques shared in this book resonated deeply with me, and I found myself reflecting on my own mindset and beliefs.
Initially, I had a bit of skepticism about the concepts presented, but I can already feel a significant shift towards a more positive attitude in my life. McKenna's ability to guide listeners through the process of manifestation is impressive. One of the most profound realisations for me was recognising feelings of unworthiness that I had been holding onto.
Although it’s still early days for me, I genuinely feel empowered. I've taken to heart everything that Paul has shared, and I now have a newfound sense of happiness and an abundance of love within myself. I’ve also noticed a remarkable change in my approach to negative situations, as I'm able to respond with a more positive mindset.

The trance
As usual the book was well explained with the science behind it and stories to keep the listener engaged. Several trances to use when not driving or using machinery. I felt very relaxed whilst listening to these and will keep this book on Audible to allow me to listen to them repeatedly.
