About this listen
A gripping new fantasy series by USA Today best-selling authors Jaymin Eve and Leia Stone.
Arianna is a queen heir and at 20 years old she's now eligible for the crown of wolf shifters. Heirs are trained and groomed so that they're ready should the queen perish during their time of eligibility.
Of course, there's little chance of that happening. The Red Queen has stood for a century, and her power is beyond reckoning.
Or so Arianna believes, right up until the final tolling of the bells. The queen has fallen. Four heirs will now fight it out for the crown.
Let the summit begin.

So So So good!
I have listened to almost all of the audiobooks for these two authors..... their stories are just the type of fiction with a strong touch of romance that I love. but the NYC Mecca series absolutely took the cake! The authors created a very captivating world and created multi layered characters who were easy to love..... the romance in this particular series is believable and beautiful. I was surprised by how taken I was with this series. .... so much so that I went in search of the kindle copy of book 2 because there was no way I could wait on audible to produce it. I'm waiting for book 3.... it comes out on Kindle on April 26. I'm counting the days.

This should not have been 1 book
I have now listened to all 3 books. It is a good trilogy, however, I feel that book 1 and 2 should have been together. I feel that book 1 only set a scene and was not a full story in itself.
I also felt that the narrator sounded too old for the character. It made her seem older than she was.
If you want an easy listen about werebears and werewolves. It is worth listening to all 3.

Liked this but should have been longer
I really like these author's and her narrators, but I feel like more could have happened and expected the book to be longer as it felt more like scene setting than the actual story. I hope the next ones in the series are a little more meaty in content.
Its has potential to be another series I like though.
