So encouraging!

This was encouraging and relaxing at the same time... crazy, I know!!?? I am post-menopausal and my metabolism and body are totally NOT cooperating. So I listened to this book and received a tremendous amount of hope. That's right, hope. So much of life is in our control, but we make bad choices. This book gave me the motivation to change that dance. I can control my appetite and I am empowered to do so. The only knock I have, I would have appreciated chapter titles...

Hypnosis to achieve your weigh loss goals

I'm a believer in hypnosis to control the human mind to achieve things that normally require insane amount of will power to control. Hypnosis has been around forever and this book does an outstanding job in making the reader understand the main reasons as to why hypnosis is a successful method to achieve your weight loss goals. It also provides self guided mediation methods to overcome your emotions to curve hunger and sugar addictions. The book also provides affirmations to help you with your weight loss journey. If you believe in the old art of hypnosis, than you have to read this book and learn all that hypnosis can do for you, not just in weight loss but also in other areas of your life.

Really helpful

I'd definitely recommend this weight loss hypnosis audiobook. I've been having issues with emotional overeating that I just couldn't stop, and this book has been the first thing that actually helped and made a difference. Combined with the affirmations it works really well for me.

Great Way To Lose Weight

Before today I have never heard of hypnosis as a method for losing weight. I've always thought that using this method was part of a gimmick. Boy was I wrong. The audiobook was nothing as I assumed. It does a great job of creating the thoughts of self love which is the most important thing to losing weight. You can trick your mind into curbing your appetite and cravings.

Groundbreaking

The title of this book made me really curious - how can self-hypnosis help with emotional eating? Throughout the book, the author invites you to tap into the subconscious mind, where lasting change takes root. Very well put together!

This audio was well paced and well put together. I loved the background music which really added a sense of comfort and peace to the audio. The best bit about this was that it didn't just focus on exercise more and eat better, rather it promoted having more self awareness, increasing self worth and really becoming aware of your behaviours and beliefs.
