Get off the rollercoaster of weight loss

There are so many diet books out there, but I really like this author's approach. A lot of books talk about what you should and should not eat and then just tell you not to eat too much. But this author actually addresses the emotional side of dieting. That's a huge aspect that a lot of people miss! When you can get your mind to think about food and eating differently, you can see sustained change (rather than rollercoaster weight loss).

Highly recommended

This is a great book to help you lose weight and feel your best. This book shows you how hypnosis can help you remove sugar from your diet and lose weight. It also shows how to change unhealthy habits and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Positive affirmation that author shared are very powerful.
This book is not a diet book that discusses meal planning. But instead, it's looking at the emotional eating and how to create a positive relationship with food.

Great resource if you are looking for hypnosis

This book would be good for anyone seeking hypnosis for weight loss.

It walks you through how to understand what hypnosis is and how or why it might be a good fit for you, positive affirmations, meditations, and even touches on emotional eating.

Clocking in at just under 11 hours, you definitely get a lot for your investment.

The narrator's voice is very soothing and easy to listen to.

Easy and powerful to listen to

I really enjoyed how peaceful this book was for me. Instead of listening to a book telling me I need to stop overeating or how to lose weight etc. Instead, listening to this book with the positive affirmations to help me contradict my negative thoughts has been really helpful. They are extremely positive and empowering and with the narrator's voice you feel at ease and almost comforted. I struggle with my emotional eating so those affirmations and guided meditations spoke volumes to me and I actually try to same some of them when I am having a rough time and want to eat junk food. I know this book is made for women but honestly there are not books for me so I thought I'd try it.

Great book for anyone who struggles with food. This book has no judgments and makes you want to do better. I also loved that is is a 2 in 1 because I get 10hrs of this fantastic book.
