Summary
With his alliances set and his home secure, Jak has truly begun his war against the Tolvar.
Likely not the greatest threat on the island he is trying to bring peace to, they still represent a significant problem and must be dealt with if harmony is ever to be achieved.
But as he and his fellow warriors begin laying waste to Tolvar warparties and launching their campaign of primeval warfare, all is not as it seems. Jak is convinced he's missing something, something crucial, and in the midst of all this primitive bloodshed, mysteries are about to be solved, and new problems will unfold...

Great 6th book to one of the best series in around
Really strong volume and the ending was fantastic, a lot of anticipation as to how the next volume will start now that Jak has defeated the Tolvar and has become their chief.

The series keeps getting better!
Jack is back and this time he's serious! The Amber warrior continues to expand the numbers of his tribe, his bond mates and tries to solve the problems plaguing his island asking the way.

So full of answers and excitement!
I have received this free copy for an honest review. Awesome story, primal, action packed and full of raw caveman , but our mc is not only strong, he is smart as well. This seems like a challenging and rediming story for one man, and how his path takes him to help many in this island. Finding some mates and having some fun while at it! An amazing fifth installment to the story, with even more to the more action and kink. Secrets are revealed, dangers as well, a complete change to the war, an end, or maybe a beginning... Such an awesome development, really want to see what comes next!! And the narrators are great, clear and easy to understand! I definitely recommend it!
