Great motivator - its a mentor in an audio book
Great advice from the author. The introduction was interesting, learning about his experience. It is an easy listen and quick listen. Worth the time. I wouldn't have ever read it if it were not suggested and part of the 'Included' package. It was advice I already knew but it was good to hear it was another persons perspective.

An ok listen, but I had to stop.
I managed to get up to chapter seven, but that's all I could do.
Listening to Todd's story at the beginning, I completely understand this reasonings and messages behind his forever going quotes, all of which are recycled.
His story is capturing, and I can imagine it's not been easy with everything he described happening in his life, so I'm sure over the year's and decades he like many of us have listen to and been inspired by motivations speakers like Zig Ziggler, Tony Robbins, Les Brown and so on, and I feel in some respects it's humbling that I can understand these quotes in the context they're trying to be portraits, but I feel in so many aspects this book is just recycling heavily repeated quotes from motivational speaker, to motivational speaker, without giving concrete story, subtext or meaning behind the quotes. Whilst listening to them I just felt like they wasn't authentic to him, maybe just having them in because it sounds good and may have applied at some point in your life, or ways to fill out the book.
I thought as a three and a half hour book this would be an easy listen, something I could breeze through but I've had to stop half way through chapter seven as I don't waste another hour listening to this.
Maybe others have a different perspective, that's just my take on it.

Practical way to overcome adversity and learn to be in the zone
Worth the read, great insight into success that you see but the adversity you don’t and the mindset process to achieve success

Awful narration
Can't make out the actual story cos the guy is shouting like an excited sports narrator... for everything. He only has one, loud, excited tone which destroys any meaning or story.

More of a Baseball Autobiografi than anything else
I do not care about how he suffered... at the end of the day...
What I learned is that for all the money he earned and lost, he is a bad investor.
Don't Quit is the overall message, everything else is just a Soap Opera
