Gut Health for women with adhd (in my case)

This book is a great resource - you will learn everything about gut health and it's connection to the brain.
Many people will deny their gastro intestinal issues untill it is to late and then they will develop more health issues.
I have gastro instinal issues that affects and it is in relation with my adhd.
Your gut health doesn't only affect your physical health, it affects your mental and emotional health making your social life suffer. It's essential to make the right changes when choosing food/drinks/smoke - everything.

Appreciation for health

My main takeaway from the "Secrets to Gut Health for Women" is that I am blessed with good gut health, which I've gained a new appreciation for. Also that whole foods, as opposed to processed foods, in particular, a variety of whole fresh veggies is essential. This book is of value to men and women both. For anyone having issues with gut health, this book is a must. For anyone else, the knowledge contained between these covers may be followed as good preventative medicine. I highly recommend this book.

Happy gut happy life

Now I know why I felt so sick most of the time. Didn’t realize it was my gut problem. Since our gut is responsible for our immune system, that’s why I didn’t feel good. I will make the adjustments in my diet to better my gut health therefore I could feel better.

Informative and helpful!

This book has been really helpful as I have been looking for information for my sister who has some gut issues. She has been to a specialist recently and is waiting for the test results. We have been looking into this topic for a while and I came across this book and thought I would listen and see if it gives me more information.
The author has provided really good information and topics to think about and do more research on.
I really liked how the author went into detail on the different topics, I especially like the food and exercise section.
This is a great resource for any woman wanting to find out if her gut is healthy and if not, how to make it so - and who doesn't need tips for reducing stress!!

Fascinating!

Ok, I thought I knew what there was to know when it came to gut health. False! This book is packed full of helpful information! And most importantly, that information is useful, practical, and easy to implement. It was really fascinating to learn how small changes can make big impacts. Highly recommend.

An Excellent Resource

Everything you need to know about Gut health is here. Most people don’t realize how massive gut health is to the state of mind, and well-being. It’s called the second brain for a reason. When your gut is off, your whole mind and body are off. This book takes you from start to end, from the anatomy and function of the gut from mouth to anus. It teaches about foods that cause dysfunction, healing, and restoration of the gut. This book teaches about the prevention of stress which take its toll on gut health and also addresses supplementation via foods to heal and support healthy gut flora and what healthy healing looks like. Sleep and its link to a healthy gut were taught and many others. I could not think of one thing I wanted the answer to that was not covered. It even went through the way constipation becomes problematic. Some of the gut conditions such as Chronn’s and Celiacs were covered too. The author is obviously very knowledgeable on the topic and delivers it clearly. I highly recommend to anyone with gut health issues or anyone seeking to improve their health mentally and physically. Great listen 🦋
