One of the best books I have ever read

Loved this book. The techniques described - provided you apply them - are tried and true and life-changing. The book gives a great insight into neuropsychology and the science of how discipline is built, and for this reason, I highly recommend it.

Excellent read



Excellent listen, I thoroughly enjoyed learning all that this book has to offer, the realization that motivation is not the key to progress but building momentum and self-discipline is how you will make progress and get ultimate success. I loved it

Tremendous AudioBook

It has already been worth it even if I don’t have another breakthrough all year from the book. But I anticipate many, many more. A quick fix for emotional weakness that will create an unbeatable mind.How to take your mind from fragile to hardened steel so you can utilize the mind to its full potential.

Essential reading to help you achieve goals

Lots of good key points in this book and the author has done his due diligence on scientific research. If you have tried time and time again to achieve goals but always find yourself getting off track then this book is what you need. Lots of thought-provoking content and helpful exercises.

Successful in life

Self-discipline is a key aspect of being successful in life. This book gives emphasis on how one can succeed through self-discipline. Self-discipline is probably the most important to have when you are trying to achieve anything, especially in our current lives which are constantly bombarded with distractions. I like it a lot how the chapters are broken down into steps that are simple to follow, you can do it one at a time instead of receiving a lot of information at once and being overwhelmed by it.

the subject of self-discipline

One of the best, if not the best, book I've read on the subject of self-discipline.
This particular book resonated with me in how the author explained the challenges, offered solutions and gave some good, clear examples of how the concepts and processes to develop self-discipline translate into real-life scenarios.
I'm reading this book over several times to make sure that I have a full understanding of the proposed actions and to make sure that I make them a positive 'habit' in my daily life.

I've realised I'm now a fan of Ryan's material

This is my second audiobook today by Ryan James and again, his content, while minimal, is straight to the point and presented in a format very easy to digest and return to again if you wanted to review again. I'll be looking forward to more of the same.

Very Motivating

It's so easy to make excuses and break promises to ourselves, but now I'm convinced after reading this that it feels so empowering to be self-disciplined. I feel so much happier by taking action and being committed to the things I set out to do. I've definitely noticed this increase in feeling better about myself from these tips and strategies in this book.

Overall, a good book.

The only thing I wish is that it had stories or examples of people that changed through these strategies. I find personal stories to be very motivating and inspiring. But I'll be creating my own personal success story with this book.
