About this listen
Kaylie Snow has always been the fun, flirty, pretty sister. Now her burgeoning baby bump, hormone-infused emotions, and faltering singing career are sending her into an unexpected identity crisis. Watching her older sister, Danica, glide through a major career change and a new relationship with the grace of a ballerina, Kaylie's insecurities rise to the forefront - and her relationship with fiancé Chaz Crew is caught in the crossfire.
Chaz Crew has everything he's ever wanted: a lovely fiancée, a baby on the way, and soon the film festival he owns will host its biggest event ever. When he's called away to woo the festival's largest sponsor - and the lover he's never admitted to having - secrets from his past turn his new life upside down.
With her baby shower around the corner and her fiancé's big event looming, the pressure is on for Kaylie to pull herself together - and for Chaz to right his wrongs. In a few short weeks, the couple who had it all figured out will learn things about life and love that may change their minds - and their hearts.
Sisters in Bloom is part of the Love in Bloom series. While Sisters in Bloom can be listened to as a standalone novel, for even more listening enjoyment you may want to listen to the entire Love in Bloom series in order.

Sisters in Bloom
The Story:
This is book 2 in the wonderful Love in Bloom universe that Melissa Foster has created. Book 1 in the series concentrated more on Danica's story whereas this one is more about Kaylie & Chaz and their upcoming baby. Kaylie is going through an pregnant hormonal time in this book, and at times she sometimes came off a whiney kids, but she is dealing with her career taking a bit of a nose dive due to her pregnancy - not music promoter is going to hire her at the moment and she takes that kinda hard. You can see why they wont but it doesn't make Kaylie feel any better.
We see how miscommunication between her and Chaz almost ruin their relationship when a sponsor tried to break them up. This was a great story and cant wait to read more from Danica and Kaylie in book three.
The Narration:
BJ Harrison is back and narrating this instalment of the Snow Sisters books, I have got used to his voice and his female characters now that it made this a nice smooth listen.

Amazing read
Sisters in Bloom is the second book in the Snow Sisters series by Melissa Foster, and after initially learning about Danica and becoming acquainted with Kaylie, this book was one I really looked forward to reading.
Kaylie is the opposite of Danica, where Danica is reserved, Kaylie is very ‘out there’ but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have her own hang ups and insecurities as we learn in this book.
This book shows a couple in a loved up gloss, but when Kaylie finds out she is pregnant things start changing. Kaylie struggles to find work in her industry, as no one wants to hire a pregnant female, and with Chad working on his own big break, she starts feeling vulnerable. With a spanner in the works, everything appears far from easy.
The book is very sweet and I adore Chaz and Kaylie’s relationship. The book highlights that communication is key, and that people aren’t mind readers. I loved how utterly realistic and relatable these characters are and I could not get enough.
I was lucky enough to receive an audio copy of this book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The narrator was new to me, but re-emphasised my love for this story.
The narration was clear, engaging and like all of Melissa Foster’s audiobooks, brought an element of fun and enthusiasm to the story.
It was an enjoyable listen that enabled me to switch off from life, and envisage these characters in my mind as the story played out.
For anyone who is looking for an audio book series to get stuck into, I’d highly recommend this set! It is perfect for all romance lovers, and those looking for a sweet with heat listen.

The second Snow sister
This is a standalone book but follows on from Danicas story. It explores lots of emotions and Kaylie is just as flawed as the rest of us. The same can be said of her other half Chas. Definitely one to listen to.

Another good listen
This is the second book in the Snow sisters series. It mainly focuses on Kaylie and Chas's relationship as they approach parenthood. In between the story is the growing relationship between Danica and Blake as they head towards living together. Add in the side characters of Gage and Sally it makes for a great listen. Sometimes Kaylie comes across as a whining teenager, but as you get further into the book you realise she lets her past control her future. BJ Harrison is a great narrator.

CHAZ=HOT!!!
I love Blake and Danica but my favourite couple from the Snow Sisters has to be Chaz and Kaylie. Kaylie is very insecure because of circumstances regarding her parents and her past and as much as she loves Chaz she struggles to get past it. Chaz is so patient with her and when you listen to the audiobook the strength of his love for her flows through. Chaz understands her like no-one else (except Danica) and as much as he could get frustrated with her or let her push him away he doesn't. At times you are frustrated at Kaylie while listening to the book but the way Melissa has written this story you understand why Kaylie is the way she is. I absolutely love this audiobook and it's another brilliant audiobook by my favourite author.
