Peacful Night Rest Guaranteed!
Even myself, I got sleepy when listening to this audiobook. It is perfect if you want to introduce your children to meditation or if you're just looking for something that will help your child fall asleep. There is a variety of different meditations so your kids don't have to listen to the same one over and over again. The background music creates a calming atmosphere which definitely helps to fall asleep, I can highly recommend this audiobook!

Very calming and relaxing!
I loved this book! Super relaxing and calming and brought my little sister to sleep immediately! The background music also fits perfectly and overall it is just very well narrated.
You definitely won't regret getting this audiobook!

My granddaughter loves this app
My 4 year old granddaughter and I were starting to become a tad frustrated with one another because I wanted her to settle down from around 9pm on a Friday eve after a busy week at school etc and she became more and more hyper. We decided that she would go to bed at 8pm with a snack and could watch her iPad for a short while. Then when the time was up we would put on the meditations. Well!!! I was shocked that these have worked consistently from the first day and now she puts them on herself a month down the line. She’s now asleep within 5-10 mins of them going on. I LOVE these meditations for her. Thank you 🙏

Great for kids who just won't sleep
I tried everything. I tried reading to them. I tried kids audiobooks. I tried a white noise machine. I tried a fan. Nothing worked. But this did. I think it's the combination of peaceful music and Fiona's soothing voice that did it. Whatever it is, I recommend this parents who are at their wits end.

An amazing audiobook
I am so glad I got this for my two younger boys. I've always wanted to find a way to seemly less start adding medication and mindfulness into there lives and now I have the perfect means of doing that. This 18 chapter package is truly impressive and in that my kids have grown to love, they get so excited as they know they are getting their daily dose of mediation and I have even started to see them thinking more about their action refeclting when they have been told off. Lol. But seriously its so important to have audiobooks like these for our kids they do an absolute wonder so thank you

KId's meditation
I got curious by meditation with the start of this pandemic, and I gain many benefits from it.
So I decided to find something similar for my kids.
I think this audiobook gives great help to them. It calms and brings them to a new adventure every night: we all have listened to these stories before going to bed, and I think my little ones love them.

Excellent Guided Meditation
Peaceful music with different topics for kids to focus on.
The narrator knows how to speak in a soothing voice that helps children feel comfortable and relaxed.
I recommend this book for it is good for kids to listen to at bedtime, even though they don't meditate.
