About this listen
Does your child have trouble falling asleep?
The growing influence of technology and frenzied pace of society can make it difficult for kids to “flip the switch” at bedtime, quiet the mind, and fall asleep. The three meditations in this audiobook combine years of mindfulness research with professionally written and recorded sleep meditations engineered to peacefully lull your child to sleep.
Each meditation included has three different soothing background options, so you can customize your meditation to your child’s preference.
By falling asleep with these meditations your child will:
- Learn researched-based mindfulness techniques
- Experience deep relaxation and happiness
- Learn how to turn on their brain’s natural “relaxation response”
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Develop a better ability to focus
- Achieve greater compassion and empathy
- Develop lifelong coping and emotional intelligence skills
- And much more.
