Brilliant
loved this, might not agree with it all but plenty to take from this book and leave what doesn't work for you. I listen to it repeatedly it has made a difference.

Spirit Junkie fan!
Loved this book, first book of Gabrielle's that I've read and I related to it so much. It spoke sense to me and has giving me a better insight of my ego and how it works. Look forward to reading more of her books.

It will get you hooked
I enjoyed the content of this book and Gabby introduced and explained some great practices to adopt and gave personal anecdotes to support their value. The only thing that I found grated on me after a while was Gabrielle's delivery, as in reading style. This only means I will read her other books myself, I think she's worth the extra effort!
