About this listen
Two years have passed since Jacen Solo, seduced by the dark side and re-anointed as the brutal Sith Lord Darth Cadeus, died at the hands of his twin sister, Jaina, Sword of the Jedi. For a grieving Han and Leia, the shadow of their son's tragic downfall still looms large.
But Jacen's own bright and loving daughter, Allana, offers a ray of hope for the future as she thrives in her grandparents' care. And when the eager, inquisitive girl, in whom the Force grows ever stronger, makes a curious discovery aboard her grandfather's beloved spacecraft—the much overhauled but ever-dependable Millennium Falcon—the Solo family finds itself at a new turning point.
Together they must set out on an odyssey into uncertain territory, untold adventure, and unexpected rewards.

This Guys writes Star Wars
What did you like most about Star Wars?
If there is any writer that should be brought onboard for the next Star Wars Movie. It`s James Luceno. He writes this universe like he grew up in it. That`s it, a writer who see`s the characters and fully fleshes them out. R A Salvatore does this to. They could make it be great again.
What other book might you compare Star Wars to, and why?
All his work and R A Salvatore`s too could make the next Star Wars installment incredible.
What does Marc Thompson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
He has the voices down cold and I believe he is the characters as he flits between them.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The whole passing the baton of a ship that has served well to it`s beloved owner from generation to generation. The Falcon is Star War`s version of an Enterprise.
Any additional comments?
If there is anything in the Galaxy that I could own. It would be a YT1300 Correllian freighter. New of the production line ready to have adventures.

Glitchy
Might be my phone but this was not quite ruined by a lot of audio glitches. I haven't tried deleting a re-downloading it so I can't be sure. I'd be interested to know if anyone else had the same problem. Other than that it was quite an interesting story that I finished listening to on the day that the real Princess Leia died.

Has some issues with bad recording, like an old audio tape but a good story
Good story, Mark is brilliant at the voices and suspense as usual just some bits are inaudible as they sound jumbled etc.

Skips in the audio
If you are a true Star Wars fan this is a book for you. The story of the Millennium Falcon leads you on a great adventure. The narrating is good but they audio skips in several places. I found I had to keep rewinding a book to hear what was skipping.

Good book-shame about the audio glitches
Like the book, shame about the audio glitches. I thought i was sitting a button or something but it’s reported in other reviews years ago so no one has clearly taken note of it

Great story
Audio skipped a few times in the last few chapters.
Other than that Marc did a great job narrating and another great story by James Luceno.
