Stark, clear warning about CCP
Well paced, concise account of the motivations, activities of an authoritarian China. Anyone with a tech, financial or military background will derive huge benefit from this introduction to modern China's global intentions. If you value Western democratic principles or even just your company's IP, read, digest and adjust accordingly. Stay frosty out there.

Every Politician decision maker should read this
If you feared for the future of "the free world" you would be even more sober minded after listening to this. The Chinese Government's suppression of religious belief and a multitude of techniques in manipulation to get people "to conform " were not a surprise but the clever techniques of coercion of big business in the west and foreign governments were eye openers.
Politicians please take note - Foe example, Ed Balls, Labour MP was on Radio 4's Today programme voicing his opposition to "Chinese bashing " Perhaps he may think differently if he considered, open mindedly this well balanced portrayal of China's ambition via stealth.

good summary- needs a wider audience
very good accurate summary of the mess the west has got itself into with its lack of understanding of China. I completely agree with the authors sentiments from my own personal experience of living in China over the last 22 years. I speak mandarin and spent many years understanding the country which still love become twisted to the point I feel my life should also be spent speaking out like this author has done. I don't agree with some of his partisan points on biden etc but that is easily overlooked when he is one of the voices doing his best to articulate change before it's too late for us all, and our system which we take for granted.
