About this listen
Are you tired of having your money seemingly disappear from your pocket? Of fighting debt? Of having the feeling that no matter how much you work, you'll never have enough money to buy what you really want?
Are you ready to take action, to take responsibility over your earnings and expenses with a simple, yet smart and efficient budget plan and finally accomplish your financial goals?
Maybe you're thinking that the only thing worse than budgeting is listening to a book about budgeting. And you may be right. But with this book, my hope is that I can change your mind. My hope is that by following this challenge, you will feel more in control of your spending habits, have clearer and more meaningful financial goals and, most importantly, have a little fun while doing it!
In this book, we'll look at ways to uncover your own personal psychology behind money, as well as practical methods to make and reach finance goals. From saving pennies here and there by cutting out mindless spending to rethinking your approach to saving entirely, we'll tackle your money issues the simple way: day by day. We'll consider realistic ways to save money, but also look in-depth at what it really means to live a minimalist life and what the true value of the items in our lives actually is.
The 21-Day Budgeting Challenge will help you to:
- Identify your "money personality"
- Set up a realistic budget that works for you
- Get out of debt
- Understand minimalism and how it compares to consumerism
- Incorporate practical and fun tips to save money you might not have thought of before
- And much more!

Great little book for personal budgeting
I purchased this book as a gift. I'm a finance major so I wanted something that would be useful but could be understood by a young person (although all ages could benefit)-nothing on investments or being rich-that comes later. Certainly worthwhile.

I don’t normally read books like these but had seen this on audible and its title resonated. I’m so glad I picked this up, a good, simple and helpful overview of the tactics you can use to help manage your own budgets and reach whatever your goals might be

What is your relationship with money/
This book got me on the opening paragraphs - what is my relationship to money. I never thought about it that way and it's clear that I am one of the types described in the book. The book prompts you to reflect on your outlook and habits in relation to money and gives options for developing a start to changing your relationship to a better one. 21 days is a start and once you have that down it should become easier.

great advice
This book really helped me to plan for what is important to me. I quickly managed to implement the principles this book teaches. The author conveys her ideas in a concise and funny way that is easy to remember. It truly changed the way I managed my money and I feel a lot less stressed about unforeseen expenses.

five stars!
I found this book easy to listen to and entertaining. The book is not too long so you should be able to get through it quickly - or take your time with each chapter to get the most out of the author's advice. Listen to a chapter and let it marinate in your mind before moving on. I liked Francie Wyck's style of narration. Very nice series.

Helpful!
What I liked best about this book is the breakdown into 21 days, with each day having an exercise/task. There's a lot of good self-help books out there, but this one guides you in making actual change instead of just reading about it. Also good for people like me that can't concentrate for more than a few minutes; the chapters are short and to the point.

worth the read
When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.
