About this listen
Brought to you by Penguin.
The first book by Matt Morsia, the UK's Number 1 Fitness Vlogger
He's tried every workout and fad diet, so you don't have to...
'As a former PE teacher, athlete, personal trainer and now one of the biggest fitness YouTubers in the World (a.k.a an absolute weirdo who films themselves doing stuff), the most common question I get from followers and even people in the street is, 'How do I get a body like yours?'
People will almost whisper it, as if I'm going to usher them into a dark alleyway and reply with some kind of mystical secret. Like they're expecting to be told that they need to drink 263ml of maple syrup three times a day whilst reading the complete works of Shakespeare to their dog. Other times they seem to want me to reveal a protocol of supplements, with an inference that I must be taking steroids or other drugs, because having a good body without chemicals is now seen by some as almost impossible. It's not.
This book is my attempt to shatter all of those myths and give it to you entirely straight. It is about understanding how to live your life in a more healthy, sustainable and happy way-and how to maintain that forever. And I'm not talking about becoming a monk and only eating lettuce. If you want to eat McDonald's, go for it. Eating crappy food doesn't make you fat and by the time you're done with the book you'll understand why. I want to arm you with your own set of tools so that you can tailor my methods and experiences to you and your own unique situation.
Whatever your goals or your level of fitness, this book offers you a plan to make you look and feel great 24/7.'

unskil your approach to health and fitness.
Great, straight forward, likeable and endeerable approach to the minefield of health and fitness. By far the best and most thought provoking fitness book I have read.

An absolute must buy!
Probably one of the best books I've ever read! Well that lie as I listened to it.. Well you know what, I mean. Sorry went off on a tangent there.
Anyway this book was the most knowledgable funniest, practical and down to earth book I've ever head the pleasure to reading.
Matts delivery is perfect and it also like chatting to an old mate when listening to this book. It's also very inspiring and full of solid sound and practical advice before embarking on your fitness journey. But in all honesty the book itself is so entertaining that whether you're listening for fitness advice or just listening for entertainment you won't be disappointed.
Just read it. It's that good.

Matt also does audiobooks
Honestly, I never one to pick up a book nor one to ever listen to one. Matt takes you through a great journey and insight into fitness the only way Matt knows with facts and humour.
Give it a read or even better a listen!

informative and funny
it's great for beginners but if you already know a fair amount about fitness and nutrition it may be not the right book.for you. it lays down a good foundation if you want to get into fitness and start a healthy active lifestyle and want to lose weight for the long term. I did not gain much additional knowledge, just a bit but was good to refresh my knowledge and actually it motivated me as well. the only reason why I gave 4 star is that he was going on and on about his YouTube business which should have been cut shorter, I feel it did not belong to the topic much.

24/7 body
never seen him on YouTube. picked up the book in Waterstones as the title and the image looked good. I expected more the book but as the author mentioned no point at been like the rest of fitness books out there. it been a great listen and read. I like the fact he tells how it is. there's so much fake information out there and so many influencers think they know the magic pill. I know what I want and wrote my goal down. I started to do 30 min walks around the park as I can't do any HIIT at the moment due to having a blood clot in my lungs. anyways it a good read or listen can be finished in 3h.
great work by the author
