A lot of bunk science
Turned it off when he recommended taking creatine pre and post workout. That not how creatine storage works. If you like his opinions, fine. But save your time and money if you're looking for something fact based.

Not bad.
The nutritional tips are a bit old and FDA based. I personally didn't gain much but it's obvious the author is passionate about fitness/ making your goals and I'm sure this book can help many people.
