Get your Anger in Check!
This audiobook goes above and beyond. As a parent, it's easy to loose your cool and snap, the repetitive questions, there never seems to be enough time in the day, but this book helps you be more mindful and gives you actionable strategies and tips that can really make a difference. Understanding what triggers your anger and strategies to be more mindful and combat these triggers is just the tip of what this audiobook delves into. Mindfulness and being present are often things that people tell us but it can be so hard when there are 50 things on your to do list and your ki just spilled a gallon of milk on the floor, these strategies really come in handy to help relax and put things in perspective and understand that the approach can defuse something and make it so much easier. This book is an incredible tool to have and helps you tackle things like challenging behaviors, how to communicate when kids can be irrational or emotional at times, how to be less reactive and approach situations that bring more confidence, emotional intelligence, and resistance in your kids and build better relationships with them. Highly recommend for parents with toddlers or as a gift for new parents with a toddler!

Wonderful resource -- highly recommend!
Controlling your temper around your kids can be super tricky, but it's incredibly important for the sanity of your marriage and your child's future that you get that under control.
Luckily this book provides easy-to-follow steps to help alleviate anger issues around your child, and my favorite part is that the techniques aren't over complicated or difficult to implement into daily life. It's super easy and anyone can pick it up and apply. It takes a bit of time to get used to, but this book really shows you the way to keep things under control.
The narration quality is also top notch, which also keeps this book engaging throughout. I absolutely recommend this!

A very human approach, amazing content!
This is what our new generations need! Parents with self-awareness, with a wider understanding of triggers and feelings of parenthood. More than that, how it affects the kids. We have been in our kid's place once, and the exercises in this book help so much to visualize it.

Toddlers are terrible. They could stress out the calmest of person.

Great advice!
Having had our son, we started to struggle with getting upset (and even angry) from time to time because it was completely new to both of us and we didnt know whether we were doing the rights things for our son. This book was great to help us avoiding burnout from child care and the stress and anger that does come with it. As we went through the well narrated audio we found great steps and advice on how to better manage our lives and our toddlers. The chapter on Coaching your toddler is a life changer for us and this has helped us so much. Highly recommended.
