Six hours you can't reclaim
At best this book is an article containing some outdated and inaccurate information. It is padded out by mind numbing repetition of the same points and trying desperately to suggest that silent inflammation is something special rather than chronic inflammation. Readers would be better to spend their time and money on The Cholesterol Myth as it is far more robust a tome.
