An eye-opener
Dr Tom brakes down complicated biochemical processes in digestible sizes. He's a great storyteller and the information is gold. He gives easy to follow guidelines and even includes recipes so you can get started right away. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Dr. Tom tells it as it is.
I just love the sincerity Dr. Tom, who tells it in plain English. He speaks from the heart and you hear it from the heart. I have never met someone who makes you feel more relaxed, he could be right there in the room.

Out of date
As a Neuroscientist I was looking forward to another perspective on the brain, health and happiness. Unfortunately much of the basic anatomy and function presented on brain function is either out of date or simply inaccurate.
