This is all you need
If you struggle with anxiety the contents of this book is what you need to get better. Presented in an approachable way and without false promises. Read it, apply it and leave anxiety behind.

I firmly believe the teachings in this book is the only information that anyone experiencing anxiety will ever need to understand anxiety and panic disorder and most importantly get back to a life you love.

Just finished and I’m going to listen again
Drew doesn’t pander to your cravings for safety because he drives home the message that you are and have always been ok. He tells you exactly what you need to hear and have probably needed for quite some time. A clear roadmap out of this is set out and for the first time I feel like I can genuinely find my way through this. Thank you so much
