Helpfull
This book has a lot of practical advice on calories and just eating what you need for energy with a lean towards weight based exercise. Basically calories in versus calories out, which most of us probably know this already but it was easy to listen to and great for resetting your mindset allowing for better decision making about food choices. Good book for dipping in and out to keep the mind focused.

Can't wait to put it in practice

Comphrensive guide
really loved the content, simple and comprehensive guide to using synergy to change your lifestyle.
unfortunately the narrators voice was not my favourite. Really annoyed me after a while!

Dissapointing
After listening to "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" which was brilliant I thought I'd try another book by the same author. However, I was disappointed which might not be totally fair as this is based on a comparison rather than it's own merit.

Great stuff!
I was abit scheptical at first as I don’t want a 6 pack, just loose weight but as I reached the second chapter I was very impressed with how useful and mind centred this great book is. Thanks!

Excellent
I have found The Body Fat Solution to be an extremely helpful aid in my weight loss journey. Tom Venuto writes in a logical and well thought out manner. He tackles every obstacle you could come across and helps you to pin point beliefs you did not realize were standing in your way of progress. Loved listening to this, was one of the best audio books I have bought. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in loosing weight and getting in great shape.

Really interesting listen
Really enjoyed listening to this book and Dee like I have learned a lot which I am now implementing into my own daily fitness and nutritional lifestyle. Have also purchased a copy of the actual book to go back and reference when needed.
